overpriced and somewhat unkempt
pool cleanliness poor shower
The private pool wasn't as clean as i'd hoped, a bit murky, really. the maintenance seemed lacking. It could've used a good scrub. also, the shower pressure was dismal, and the bathroom door was oddly placed. It seemed to block half the room. it reminded me of i was fighting a losing battle every time i tried to get a decent shower, and the door situation just added insult to injury.

excellent service helpful staff luxurious village weak water flow bathroom door poor maintenance
The staff offered excellent service. They were available at all times and very helpful. The hotel has the feel of a luxurious village, it was relaxing. The food was superb and the breakfast was the best I have experienced at any hotel.
I found the shower very disappointing. It had weak water flow. The door to the bathroom was weird, it blocked almost the whole room. The maintenance was not up to expectations.

the staff were kind and helpful. they provided genuinely GOOD service throughout my visit.
the shower had a very WEAK flow. the door to the bathroom blocks almost the whole room. it was really annoying.

the breakfast was perfect the service was sweet and very helpful. the location on the beach is good and it was quiet . i can really recommend it
the shower had a very weak flow and an annoying door to the bathroom that blocked almost the whole room. almost everything they offer is very expensive for restaurant drinks and in room dining. the food and beverage wasn't that good to worth it
